We charge for the exact seconds of each connected call. ₹5 a minute is about 8.3 paise a second, so a 20-second call costs ₹1.67 and a 90-second call costs ₹7.50. We do not round up to the next minute.

Phone networks and the law require us to know who is calling. We ask for one business proof (GST certificate, Udyam or shop licence), a PAN, and an ID of the person who signs up. We may do a short video check. It is usually done the same day. Details are in our KYC policy.
We only call your own enquiries: people who filled your form or asked you to contact them. Calls happen only between 9 AM and 9 PM. Anyone who says "do not call" is added to your do-not-call list at once. Read our compliance page.

Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7:30 PM. Leads that come in at night are called first thing next morning. If a customer asks for a callback, it calls back at that time.
The call speaks naturally in your company's name and follows only your approved script. It never pretends to be a human: if a customer asks, it says honestly that it is your AI assistant.
