Ring My Leads calls people in your company's name. These rules protect them, you and the phone numbers we call from.
What Ring My Leads is for
Calling your own enquiries: people who filled your form, answered your ad, visited you, or asked you to contact them. For example a property enquiry, a solar survey request, a clinic appointment request or a loan enquiry.
Not allowed
You may not use Ring My Leads for:
- Loan recovery, debt collection or any call that pressures, threatens or shames people.
- Political campaigns or political messages.
- Gambling, betting, fantasy games for money or lotteries.
- Adult content or services.
- IELTS, immigration, study-visa or work-visa services.
- Anything illegal, including fraud, fake offers, impersonation and unlicensed financial services.
- Calling bought, rented or scraped lists, or people who did not agree to be contacted.
- Calling numbers on your do-not-call list, or calling again after someone said no.
- Asking for OTPs, passwords, card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN or bank login details.
- Pretending to be a person, a government body, a bank or another company. The agent always speaks for your own company.
- Hiding or changing the caller number to mislead people.
How calls must sound
- Polite and clear, in your company's name.
- Never pretend to be a human: if asked, say honestly that it is an AI assistant.
- End the call at once if the person asks, and never call them again.
- Medical, legal and financial scripts must not give advice. They book a call with your qualified team.
What we do about misuse
We check scripts before they go live and watch for complaints and spam reports. If we see misuse, we may pause calls, ask you for consent proof, change the script, or close the account. Serious misuse may be reported to the authorities.
